Do you follow political news? what’s happening in your country or others, how governments make decisions and how those decisions affect the people?
The idea I want to share here is about a metaphor, you being the president and every cell in your body is a citizen.
If you google “Number of cells in human body”, you will find out you have about 37.2 trillion cells in your body where your decisions affect their life. You are the one who dictate to them what to eat, when to eat, what to breath, and you indirectly controls many aspects of their life.
Whenever you find yourself judging a politician for their decisions or stupid-ness, which could be a correct judgment by the way, please remember your cells probably watching you and judging you and discuss your decisions in their own language.
Yes, I know every cell alone is not as smart as a human, but still the metaphor helps me make better health decisions.
