To me, Money is the foundation of the best form of democracy there is. You have to do some work, and as a result you get some money to use for voting to different things.
To me, price is a metric to measure what a society values and rewards, it is a mechanism to reward something, the more expensive something is, if people buy it, the more it is getting rewarded by society.
Those who earn a lot of money will make more decisions to reward others and shape the future, be careful to whom you pay your votes.
